OUR STORY

A Small-Town Tavern Built Around the Fire

Wolf Pack was founded by the Lechlers in May 2022, in a converted feed store on Front Street in Sealy. In November 2023 it came under new ownership, and the team rebuilt the menu around cooking over a real wood fire. Hand-cut steaks off the post oak grill out front and Central Texas BBQ off the smoker out back, every day the doors are open. The name changed to Wolf Pack Woodfired Tavern to match. Same hardwood floors, same creaky charm.

  • Grill out front, smoker out back, both going open to close

  • Brisket in the smoker since before sunrise

  • Steaks hand-cut in house, every day

  • Beef from Bellville Meat Market, just up the road

  • A featured special most days, based on what’s in the kitchen
